Our operation model consists of fair subscription fees which are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Upfront setup fees are one-time and strictly non-refundable due to the labor involved. Failure to pay monthly subscriptions on time may result in service suspensions.
There are explicitly zero refunds for initial setup fees. However, active monthly subscriptions can be cancelled smoothly at any time before the beginning of the next formal billing cycle with no penalty.
